Garments and Custom Garment Information

Information we have for garments and custom garments.  This is not a complete list, just a list of places, some in SE Michigan and NW Ohio, others are nationwide, that we have on our list.  Many of these were recommended by people at our group meetings.

Garments

Compression garments (Stockings and Sleeves) are to be worn during the day only.  Do not sleep in them as they can compromise circulation.  The Lymphedema Treatment Act went into effect January 1st 2024.  This allows Medicare B to cover compression garments, alternative compression garments (with Velcro), and bandages.  Check with DMEs and see if they bill insurance.
